After Saturday night's UFC 145 card, there are many left wondering who will be the one to dethrone Jon Jones. With an incredible reach advantage, and a very well rounded, complete game, the list is relatively short. I spoke with Muhammed Lawal recently, to get his take on the situation, and find out what's on the horizon for "King" Mo.

I think Mo has some good points but i don't see anyone beating Jones anytime soon. Of course Dan has a chance to knock him out but if Jones uses his reach, Dans gonna have a tough night

The only thing Mo is good at is spraying Rockstar energy drinks inside the cage.

If Dan can't beat him, I'm not sure who will. I had this theory that if Rashad or Dan couldn't get it done, it won't get done for several years. Looks like it was legit.

Easy to talk the talk when you're suspended and unemployed
posted by the King Mo
It's not like Jones brutalized him or anything like that. Everybody tries to make it seem that way. Jones went out there and got a victory, which you're supposed to do. He fought smart and outworked him. Other than the elbows, it wasn't like he was out there throwing sonic booms. He was just out there, being Jon Jones, and outpointing him.
Mo must of been watching a different fight, because I seen Jones' kicks beating up Evans as well. I don't think everyone is making it out that Jones "brutalized" him like he said, but rather dominated him.
We all know by now Jones doesn't throw the "Sonic Boom" type strikes, but the ones that wear you down until you get subbed or elbowed out on the ground.

LOL!!! Give me a break. King Mo wouldn't last 3 rounds against Jones. Like some have said it's easy to talk crap when your suspended and not fighting. Jones would pick him apart and TKO him in 2 or 3 rounds. Evans would pound Mo too IMO!!!

I thought Evans had the best chance to get it done but after the fight played out, I will have to go back to Machida. I believe if Machida earned another shot, Jones will be scared.

It took Jones one round to figure out Machida and his style, had that fight gone to a decision, then maybe I'd see where you're coming from, but that second round doesn't make me think Jones would have to be worried about him.
