Obviously a fix. The guy he's boxing is a journeyman MMA Middleweight who walked into the fight at 245lbs. One of the videos out there is from his corner and all the guys are smirking when he gets KO'd.
Also, when someone is flat out KO'd like that, it resets your breathing patternm but when Green hits the mat, he's huffing and puffing just like when he was standing.
All of Kimbo's opponents to date have been from the MMA world and don't care about a pro-boxing record, so I imagine they're willing to take a dive for a few easy bucks.

I'm sure the ref knew what was up too. If you're standing two feet from someone, you know how hard they were or were not hit.
