UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre's road to recovery is ongoing and the 30-year-old native of Saint-Isidore, Que., is increasing the intensity of his rehab. While preparing for a bout with Nick Diaz late last year, GSP suffered an injury to his knee that required surgery. The Canadian is expected to return to the Octagon late this year, possibly in November.
Judging by this video it looks as though he will be in excellent shape as usual.
