Hey guys! Today I'm going to teach you a position that is often overlooked in grappling and MMA. It was taught to me by an Olympic bronze medalist, and has become one of my go to take downs from a clinch.
It involves stabbing but we will be using a thumb-blade and not a real knife :)

this is a great move, i use it quite often. its very nice because if for some reason i dont finish the takedown most of the time i just end up still clinched. another great vid keep em coming. thank you
