The odds are out for two new UFC main events.
Although the fight doesn't have a date, noted MMA oddsmaker and frequent MMAjunkie.com Radio guest Joey Oddessa has opened Frankie Edgar as a slight favorite (-125) over new UFC lightweight champion Benson Henderson (-105).
Additionally, UFC on FUEL TV 2 headliner Alexander Gustafsson (-200) is a solid favorite over replacement opponent Thiago Silva (+160).

I was a little surprised to hear the favorite Gustafsson at first, but it makes sense to me now. Not shocked to see Edgar the favorite though, as I thought he took the first fight.

i can see how Edgar would be a favorite, as he's shown what he can do against guys in rematches.
when Bendo wins again, maybe we'll stop hearing about this supposed victory of Edgar's.

I am way more excited for Gustafsson/Silva, while I hope for a stand up battle, I think Alex is smart enough to realize Silva isnt the strongest off his back and is going to put him there alot.

Frankie lost. Fightmetric said it, The Judge's said it, I say it. Frankie will lose worse this time. Benson does great in rematch's too, Cowboy fight for example.... Bendo will remain Champ for a while.

Edgar wins (again) by UD. really surprised he opened as the favourite...the line should move fairly quickly
Gustafsson -200 sounds about right with his recent win streak and Silva not fighting in like 18 months or so

Interesting that Edgar is opening as the favourite. Wonder what the thinking is behind that. I think a lot of people are probably thinking that the tide of the fight changed when Henderson landed the upkick. Impossible to say how it would have played out if that kick didn't land, but I definitely remember thinking Edgar had 2 rounds in the bag before that kick landed, and that Henderson was having a tough time mounting much offense.
