On Monday, the Ohio Athletic Commission released the fighter salaries for this past Saturday’s (March 3, 2012) Strikeforce: Tate vs. Rousey event, totaling $543,500 for the nine bout card.

Earning the biggest payout was former champ Ronaldo ‘Jacare’ Souza who earned $92,000 for his win over opponent Bristol Marunde. The payout also included Souza’s $22,000 win bonus. Earning the next top spot was lightweight Josh Thomson who made $80,000 with no win bonus for his victory against KJ Noons.

enjoy that cash scott, you'll probably never see that kinda money again. sayers looked good, bit i think most of that is because scott smith looked bad. if anybody has ever deserved to get cut its scott smith. i dont wanna hate on the guy to much but it just didnt look like he even wanted to be there anymore.
