Onetime Strikeforce welterweight title challenger Paul Daley (29-11-2 MMA, 1-2 SF) assumes that he'll get past Kazuo Misaki (24-11-2 MMA, 1-0 SF) at Saturday's "Strikeforce: Tate vs. Rousey" event.
And Daley also assumes that recent signee Nate Marquardt will get past Tyron Woodley when they meet, likely for the title, as he's heard from people within Strikeforce.

"on more than one occasion, the situation has sort of been set up for me to miss weight"
I don't think there's any predetermimed factors that prevent you from coming in on weight that you can't work around.

Maybe he should win fights before opening his mouth. I don't get the hype.at all for Daley and never have. I'd like to see him get cut so he can either work on so many lacking aspects of his game or retire for a third time.

In fairness, guys that KO people get a lot of hype.
Misaki looked fantastic last night, and I'm hoping he can keep his career going for awhile now that he's at WW. Fans that don't know the guy need only look at his Sherdog page to see the list of guys he's not only been in there with, but beaten.

Put a little JMMA on the title picture! Though if the ufc was smart, they would have put this guy on the Japan card last week.

Nick Thompson soundly outboxed him. When you say "so many lacking aspects," I take it you mean everything but hitting hard against empty defenses.
