The whole gay for pay or whatever is a lame thing for him to say.
How is it lame? a few years back HBO had a special on the porn industry, it was said on there, a lot of straight men that do gay porn because the money triples in pay or something like that.
This will be a problem for some of the guys on the show for sure.
Not saying there won't be any problems on the show because of it, there will most likely be a fighter or two, who see's it like you. 
If you have training mma or wrestled you know most of these guys will not want to roll with him on the mat.
Right, they don't want him to start dry humping their legs or get the gay touch.
