A bantamweight bout between Jeff Curran (33-14-1 MMA, 0-2 UFC) and Johnny Eduardo (25-9 MMA, 0-1 UFC) has been slotted for a spring UFC event.

The 135-pound matchup will be part of UFC on FUEL TV 3.

UFC on FUEL TV 3 takes place May 15 at Patriot Center in Fairfax, Va. The event's main card airs live on FUEL TV while preliminary-card fights are expected to stream on Facebook.

Curran vs. Eduardo likely will be part of the prelims stream.

Hey so I said that... I don't think because I believe Curran is a much better fighter than Eduardo, that I know nothing about MMA. He's a great submission fighter and Eduardo has lost most of his fights by sub so thats how I see it. Plus Eduardo didn't look very good in UFC debut against Assuncao. All i'm saying is that I don't see how Eduardo can win this.

I think he means that in MMA people who are supposed to have "an easy win" get upset all the time.

Never count out an underdog.

I would say that I agree with you about Jeff but I don't want to jinx him.

This is probably his last chance with Zuffa.
