Just two days after wrapping their second show on FOX, the UFC announced a lightweight brawl between Tony Ferguson (Pictured) and Dennis Hallman for their next event on the network.

Ferguson has rattled off two straight wins inside the Octagon since taking “The Ultimate Fighter 13? tournament. He was last seen in December posting a decision victory over Yves Edwards.

Hallman has nearly 70 professional fights under his belt. The veteran submitted John Makdessi last month at UFC 140.

I'm not going to lie, this is a strange match up. We're not even sure Hallman can make weight.

This a strange match up indeed and to be honest I thought there were a lot more potentially exciting match ups for both of them. Whatever, I am not Joe Silva.

At first I thought this would be an easy ko for Ferguson with his hands of stone, but now that I think about it Hallman has a good record of subbing guys like that.

Good fight for both guys and I want to see how Tony's ground game is, Hallman will certainly test it.
