It seems that Brandon Vera wants another shot at Thiago Silva. Silva beat Vera down at UFC 125 and initially won a lopsided decision, but the fight was switched to a no-contest after Silva knowingly submitted a fake urine sample. Silva's suspension recently ended, and it didn't take The Truth long to get wind of it.

Exactly... I'm surprised he would call him out. Silva put an absolute beating on him last time.

I wouldn't pick Vera if they rematched, but to be fair Thiago looked the best he ever has and coincidentally got popped for roids.

I rarely hope for bad things to happen to a fighter, but I really think he needs to go. Lhw has been a very ugly affair for him so far and he has laid down some of the most boring fights I can remember. I think silva knocks him out this time if he can resist playing the drums during the fight.

I guess when one becomes irrelevant, one needs to call people out.
IMO, Brandon Vera, Kendall Grove, and Vitor Belfort are three of the most over-rated fighters the UFC has hyped.
