MMAWeekly has obtained the fighter salary information for WEC 27, which took place on May 12th in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event was the WEC's third since being purchased by UFC parent company Zuffa.

It's such a shame that boxers that you've never heard of (and never will) are making hundreds of thousands of dollars for undercard fights, and mma fighter are making $4,000, That doesn't cover the cost of training for the fight and paying everyone that they have to pay

Agreed. It's complete bullshit. I could understand how smaller orgs without PPV's like RITC and what not, just because they can't afford to do that. But now that WEC is funded by Zuffa, there is no excuse, IMO. For all the time they put into training, they're making like half of minimum wage.
