From an outside perspective it looks like the guy could easily block it or get out of the way, but then again the last time I saw that move was on the first season of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers...

the guys that land things like this are either rookies or the best in the world like silva. everybody in the middle is smart enough to keep their hands up or not fast enough to land it on a decent fighter. good KO though
