The UFC's first FX-televised event has its headliner.

UFC officials today announced the debut UFC on FX event will feature a three-round lightweight main event between contenders Melvin Guillard (29-9-2 MMA, 10-5 UFC) and Jim Miller (20-3 MMA, 9-2 UFC).

It definitely makes sense to put these two together, but coming off losses that if they both had won, would've put them both into serious title contention. Now whoever wins gets right back in the thick of things. Winner here should get winner out of Cerrone/Diaz.

I love this fight with a passion but I dont know who to cheer for :(, most likely ill cheer for and pick Guillard, I think the dude learned from his last fight how much he hates losing and wont continue this. His speed will play a big part in his R1 KO

No way Melvin wins this. I mean if the dude got mashed by Lauzon then he's getting subbed quick by Miller. Melvin's probably the most overrated fighter in the UFC.

Damn big fan of both guys hate to see either get a loss. Slightly rooting for Guillard moreso than Miller.
