I'll get straight to it. Wanderleis record shows that he dosn't fare to well with great strikers, and if his last fight is any indicator of how his chin is then I believe he's going to be knocked out in the first round. Unless Wanderlei clinches the hell out of Cung Le or Cung Le gets really clumsy again, but based on some of the recent training videos i've seen of Cung Le, i'd be trying to take him to the ground ASAP...which 99% more than likely we won't see. I believe even if Wanderlei tries to get the clinch in Cung Le will use his kicks to keep him at a distance and pick him off. Your thoughts?

Idk Wandy's gameplan and Idk what to expect from a 39 Cung Le.
I think the windmill or flury would work better for Wandy against Cung Le than it did against Leben.
I'll be picking Wandy though.

Cung should try and use his technical striking skills against Wandy. I don't think he'll want to get into a slugfest, even with Silva's lack of chin. I'm not sure how well Cung can take a punch, but he sure as hell doesn't want to test his chin against a Wandy haymaker.
In Silva's fight with Leben, Chris didn't mind trading some shots, because he had the chin to withstand a few blows, and the power to shut Silva's lights out. It was a bad gameplan from Silva. Hopefully this fight, Silva will play it a bit safer and choose his shots wisely. I would love to see him take Cung down a few times and tire him out. That's not Wandy's style, so Im guessing one of them gets ko'd in round one. Just hope it's Le's lights that go out.

My thoughts?
History is an indicator. Wandy will lose.
Le via R1 TKO.

My thoughts exactly. And if there is anyone who is going to be taking the other down, I think it'll be Le taking Wandy down.

Who has LE ever beat? Frank Shamrock a split with Scott Smith. Not really top fighters. Now granted Wandy is on the down side and wouldn't be shocked if he did get knocked out but I have to favor Wandy on the shear fact that Le has never fought anyone like him. Also 6-26-10 we are talking a year and a half since Cung has seen any action. I have to tak Wand.

At this point, I don't think resumes mean a whole lot. Le is certainly capable of finishing Wandy (and IMO, likely will). In fact, at this point in Wandy's career, he's likely to drop when the vaseline is being rubbed on his face prior to entering the cage.

Seriously, though...I promised myself I'd never pick Wandy to win against another striker after Leben embarassed him. I'm sticking to my guns on this. I don't think it lasts a whole lot longer than the Leben fight did. I think Le stands for a bit before taking him down and pounding him out. Another brutal TKO loss for Wanderlei and his last fight inside the octagon.

Wandy's seen 27 seconds of action since February of 2010.

I'm a huge fan of both but I'm picking Le just because the history of guys who've lost their chin is not good against strikers with reasonable striking power.
