Does anyone have any idea if regional MMA circuit fight promotions do blood testing before fights both for ammy/pro?
Help please. =D

Which state? And what you got in your blood? It isn't the promotions that are gonna be testing, but some of the states do.

probably hit and miss. definetly something to research if you plan to fight at an organizations show. OR, you could make sure everything is clean and by the rules, then you can fight anywhere you want regardless of tests.
