As expected, Michael Bisping (21-3 MMA, 11-3 UFC) and Jason "Mayhem" Miller (24-7 MMA, 0-1 UFC) will meet in a season-ending coaches' fight at The Ultimate Fighter 14 Finale.

And raising the stakes, UFC officials have booked it as a five-round non-title fight, they today announced.

The event takes place Dec. 3 at The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. The main card airs on Spike TV.

Bisping and Miller serve as coaches on the currently airing 14th season of "TUF." In addition to the coaches, the finale features the finals of the show's bantamweight and featherweight tournaments.

I bet Mayhem subs him. Especially with the 2 extra rounds (which Bisping has never experienced).

Mayhem 3rd round submission, possibly 4th.

Hope not. I want to see Mayhem give him five rounds worth of beatdown. Now, if he decides to submit him in the last ten seconds of the 5th round, that would be fine with me.

Should be an interesting fight. This has to def. favor Mayhem, as already stated Bisping has never gone 5 rounds and Bisping's style is to get in and out. It's going to be hard to do that to Mayhem for 5 rounds without getting taken down. Can't wait for this fight!

Agreed. I think it's just a bad match up for Bisping. Miller isn't the type of fighter that will just be content to spar with him for 5 rounds. Miller wins this and he wins it impressively.

I don't care how or when Mayhem beats him just as long as he beats him

I see Bisping winning 4 of the 5 rounds, cruising to a UD.

while yeah Bisping has yet to fight past 15 minutes, its not like he is dead tired at the end of those fights. he has a fairly good guard and uses the butterfly guard very well, and im sure his TDD isnt bad either. i dont see this fight on the mat very often tbh and Bisping should cruise to a UD...i agree with Chael_Sonnen on the scorecards

i am willing to AV bet on this fight too if anyone wants to

Really? Not saying you're not right, it could play out almost entirely on the feet like you see it hapening but I see this fight on the mat very often if it goes quite a few rounds as Mayhem would be smart to spend time rolling on the mat with the vastly less submission grappling experienced Bisping.

That is one of the two ways I see the fight possibly going down, but at the same time, I don't see Mayhem being content to get out struck. It's one thing for Bisping to show a good guard against guys like Rashad and Hammill who have very good wrestling bases, but against a guy who has a great JJ base, it's something entirely different. Lets say that Sonnen fights Bisping and takes him down. Working your guard against Chael is different due to Chael being content to just beat on you from there using his powerful wrestling base to try to keep you down. Now lets say a JJ guy like Jacare or Mayhem, or Shields, or Maia get Bisping down, his guard is going to have to be on a different level because they will be working to pass and move to different positions to impose their supperior grappling and submission skill set on him.

But again, that's just one of the few ways I see it going down. Your way is entirely possible, as is mine which has Mayhem using his superior ground game to either grind out bisping to a UD while putting on a grappling clinic, or subbing bisping in the later rounds.
