A good little bit of both.

I prefer body weight exercises like Pull-ups and dips. I've found that building the back muscles help tremendously in comparison to building the chests or arms.

That. Having an iron core and back is great for training other things.

I do curls here and there. Usually 12 oz. to start, but sometimes I push to see what I'm made of and end up doing 40 oz. instead.

i used to lift alot, but then i started fighting and have found that i cant keep up on both training and lifting, to many injuries. now its mostly just body weight exercises and tons of cardio.

Damn you! I was giggling to myself because I thought I had this really funny and original thing to say in this thread and uncle Chael already beat me to it!

If I exercise I usually do things like shadow boxing, hitting pads, and bodyweight exercises, pretty much never lifting weights. I've been lazy for the last year or so though and have hardly done any exercise at all.

Interesting factoid: Shadow boxing with complete motions and full extensions will increase your wingspan, and thus, your reach.

Five days a week, Monday to Friday. Joined a new gym in June and I'm enjoying working out the past few months.
