You train with Bob? Nice. I used to train under Mark Lyons who was also one of the Dirty Dozen.
Just curious, is the MMA / MT programs not up to par there? Or to put it another way, why train also at Boxing Works?

I like watching more than actually training, but I had to lose some weight for my wedding so I ended up taking some classes and liked em enough to continue.
So far I've been taking Muay Thai for 6 months, which cuts weight faster than anything I've EVER done. I've taken a few Gi-Less BJJ classes, but I want to start Gi training soon so I can learn the fundamentals of BJJ to have a good base.
Then I wanna do Guerilla Ju Jitsu! That looks like fun!

no no, as i said before, the instructors come from boxing works every monday to help our stand up, thats why i added it in there
but unfortunatly i havnt had any time to go as of late, with work and college! eeeeeeek. i train at home for now

I don't see myself giving too much advice, but I started with Iate Karate when I was 9 and took that for 2 years, then moved to American Kenpo, which I've done off and on for the last 14 years or so, as my brother runs a school, and is the NH rep for American Kenpo Karate International, under Paul Mills. I've done greco for 6 or so years and have trained catch wrestling and JKD (Straightblast) for the last 2 years. I've trained a bit of BJJ over the last two years, but the guy I was training with is disinterested in training anymore, so thats out. Aside from that I'm a Somafera practitioner, which is an internal martial art.

Muay Thai for 5 months and BJJ for 2. Trained with Jason Macdonald a couple times. Not seminars, he trains there regularily, just not often with noobs like I.
