Eddie won't make the same mistake twice. Alvarez by dominating UD.
Agree BJJ is a wash if Alvarez can sprawl easy win...I dont think Aoki has good takedowns...
BJJ is a wash? What the hell are you talking about?

I think he meant the the BJJ is neutralized if Aoki can't get the TD.

Posted by cowcatcher He doesn't have good TD's, but he sticks like herpes once he does grab hold of someone and can transition to the back standing as well as anyone in MMA. I like Eddie to win this too, but Aoki's a different breed of JJ fighter and is always a threat. Except in the kickboxing round...
The saddest thing is, I think it was the MMA round he got KO'ed. He went to shoot the second that bell rang and got dropped! At least for his sake it was an exhibition and didn't go on his pro record.....

It was the MMA round which made it that much funnier after the way he flopped around in the first.
