Still cant get over how good Hermans guard looked.I really under estimated the guys whole game come to think of it.

any kind of leglock involving the knee is really scary to me. Chokes I feel I would have no problem just going to sleep to, but man I would tap so ******* fast if someone twisted my knee like that lol.

Noke said something like that in one of his post fight interviews. Said something like he blamed himself for any injuries because he should have tapped as soon as he felt Herman lock it on instead of waiting.

Yeah, I mean a hyper extended or broken arm would suck, but you can rehab it and you're probably not going to have too big of a problem in the long term, but if someone tears ligaments in your knees, dislocates your kneecap, or really does any kind of internal damage to that joint you will most likely end up paying for it for the rest of your life with a lot of pain and reduced mobility.

a friend of mine just severed his ACL while training for a fight. i could hear it pop across the gym. got his surgery, doc says 6 to 9 months of solid recovery. yea, knee injury's are scary

I would agree. Arm and leg lock subs always scare me. I feel much safer getting choked
