I have 10 bluray movies from amazon coming on Mon
Just upgraded from my DVD collection to Blu

Still getting around seeing some from last month

I did see stargate and pulp fiction in bluray

Stargate was awesome. Given the fact I have seen it like 10 times on DVD and now Blu. Bluray is the way to go

Pulp was good too

Off work today. Gonna watch some Ufc fights
Watch 150 event that I bought 3 weeks ago and go into the fight collection 2012 and watch the miller vs guillard event

Speaking of Pulp Fiction...that and Resevoir Dogs will be back in theaters next week for for a single day, if anyone is interested.

Drive - much slower than I thought it would be after the opening scene. Ryan Gosling looked like a male Kristen Stewart in there. Still a decent flick

Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus - eerie movie, kinda cheese at times but enjoyable nonetheless. They did a good job in having Colin Farrell, Jude Law and Johnny Depp fill in for Ledger...I didn't even really notice the difference until the last few scenes. Kind of a weak ending but its fitting. Oh and Lily Cole

The Fighter - pretty good movie. I could never have pictured Bale in that role but he did a great job. Now I finally get where this meme came from Amy Adams helps this movie go through the slow moments

Animal House - Was it over when the germans bombed Pearl Harbor?

The Faculty - Stupid teacher/Slutty teacher Famke

Enemy of the State- I really like this movie but it was a turn off when I figured out that the wife of the GSA chief (Voigh) is Skyler from Breaking Bad. Everybody hates that bitch.

Escape from New York -

Lawless - Jessica Chastain I was expecting more from what I saw in the trailers. I can see a lot of people not liking it but I loved it.

Spy Game - YES! Just what I was looking for in a spy film. Tension, uncertainty, and a smart motherfucker fooling a bunch of wannabes.

I have a buddy that that line in the movie always reminds me of. He once said "We're all fucked anyway because we owe Russia all that money from when they beat us in WW2." He's also talked about putting trophies on his manistaple, and get mad at me for moving his plate and sandwich and yelled, "Stop disrespecting my sandwich!" He is one of those rare characters that's too stupid to dislike.

Weird movie about two young kids running away, and falling in love, but I really enjoyed it.

I thought Drive was boring as shit, plus couldn't believe in Gosling playing a character like that.

Bale was on of the best if not thee best played crack head, I ever seen. He nailed it perfectly. Also agree with your Amy Adams statement.

I dont think it was terrible, but it definitely left you expecting more.

I really like that movie, but I feel it could have been better. It's one of those movies that could really be it all if they would make things a bit more twisted and less rigidly defined, ie Donnie Darko. I did love the transitions between everyone filling in for Ledger, that really was quite brilliant.

Project X - where the hell are these types of parties? I wish there was one that was even a 10th of the size around here

If anyone was thinking of seeing Killing them Softly, here is Cruickshank's review,

@Cruickshank155
Saw killing them softly last night. Verdict: I would rather set my face on fire and put it out with a brick than see it again.

I loved that movie as a kid. It's on Netflix now.
