I'm just as frustrated as any other Swick fan, but I can't really blame him for anything. This is actually the first injury that's occured since his fight with Paulo Thiago at UFC 109. He's been out most of this time with a mis-diagnosed with a stomach disease.
"Swick stated that he had been mis-diagnosed with a stomach disease. The disease which he was incorrectly told he had, forced him onto a very bland and restrictive diet, which made it virtually impossible for Swick to put and keep on any muscle mass."
He hasn't fought close to 100% since his fight with Jonathan Goulet back in 2008.
