It was US Army Rangers vs North Korean special forces. I recorded it last night and starting watching it and though,hey I know him!
Anyhow, Rashad and Chuck where both on the show but this is the first time an MMA fighter is actually part of the team for an entire episode.

I like the show....it's not always very realistic always but it's fun. I think last night's episode where the units were very small (5 man teams) kind of messed it up to me. That's just not how the military employs it's troops. I also think it was a little too close for me.....Rangers are a pretty good Infantry Unit, and the use of supporting units would have changed that fight very quickly.
