LAS VEGAS – Strikeforce has released heavyweight fighter Brett Rogers.
Dana White, president of sister promotion UFC, confirmed the contract termination today following a UFC 132 press conference.
Rogers was arrested on Wednesday and charged with felonious third-degree assault and misdemeanor endangerment of a child following an alleged altercation with his wife.
White said the release came immediately after the arrest, which took place in Apple Valley, Minn.

I don't mean to joke about the situation, because it really is unfortunate and my heart goes out to his wife and children.. but when I read this I couldn't help but think about a picture I saw the other day..

Lol, Kpro, FastKnockout, I have to spread the love. I can't stand domestic abuse, but they do say that laughter is the best medicine. I feel better now.
