The Texas-based Legacy Fighting Championships promotion makes it HDNet debut on July 22, and nine-year veteran Carlo Prater (27-10-1) and "The Ultimate Fighter 9" semifinalist Cameron Dollar (9-2) headline the card.

He's earned another shot in my opinion. I think this fight will set him back though as I think Prater will win.

Agree about him getting another shot. He was to green during his first stint. Hope he beats Prater so he can come back.
