Clay Guida defeated former No. 1 contender Anthony Pettis via unanimous decision at Saturday's TUF 13 Finale, but according to UFC president Dana White, the dominant win didn't help "The Carpenter" secure a lightweight title shot.

White told MMA Fighting on Saturday that Jim Miller "is still ahead of [Guida]" in the organization's lightweight rankings despite Guida's win on Saturday night.

Miller (20-2) has won his last seven fights in a row. He is scheduled to meet Ben Henderson at UFC on Versus 5 on Aug. 14 in Milwaukee.

For the record: I agree w/ Dana.

Wonder who Guida gets next then.

Miller prolly gets next shot with win over Ben Henderson.(Hopefully)

Let's just get the Maynard/Edgar fight going and get it done.

Good decision. Guida's win tonight didn't exactly scream title shot to me.

No doubt. I am a fan of Guida's but man...... Total lack of action. That was a wrestling match, not an MMA bout. I am very disappointed.

I could see a Guida vs Tibau matchup.

Easy Guida vs winner of Roller Guillard...which will be Guillard but theyre both at Greg Jackson so could be a problem....

Guida's post fight speech was more entertaining than the fight itself.

That makes the most sense.

With Pettis out of the title picture Jim Miller should hands down get the next title shot (If he beats Bendo). Hopefully Edgar beats Maynard so we can see Edgar vs. Miller. That'd be a great fight.

that fight would favor "Siver" Guida...personally i think Sotir was over rated....Miller gets the shot if he beats henderson...title shot...

Guida fights every fight this way. Terribly boring.
