Tsuyoshi Nishioka of the Minnesota Twins fractured his fibula and is back playing ball in just under two months.

I don't know the varying degrees of fractured fibula's though so that could be of no help at all but I imagine he'll be back training in about the same time-frame and then need a full training camp for an opponent.

Thanks Kpro. That's good news then. I like Mighty Mouse, I'd like to see him fight for the title soon. Throw him in there with Bowles or Benavidez.

His face is priceless

What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in the playground is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no props, and may the mods have mercy on your soul.

Sad to hear that he's injured.

I think he should have lost his fight against Torres. Judges need to understand grappling well enough to know when a fighter on his back is winning. Torres was.

I totally agree

Anyone know exactly when/how he broke his leg? I may have missed the post. I know between rounds he said his leg really hurt, but what was teh shot that did it?

Mighty Mouse did a post-fight interview w/ Ariel Helwani and I believe he said it happened when Torres checked one of his kicks. It's in the Videos section of the playground if you wanna check it out. He also gives his explanation of why he thinks he won the fight.
