The first fights for August's UFC on Versus 5 event are in the works.
UFC officials today announced that verbal agreements are in place for lightweights T.J. O'Brien (16-4 MMA, 0-1 UFC) vs. Cole Miller (17-5 MMA, 6-3 UFC) and welterweights Duane "Bang" Ludwig (20-11 MMA, 3-2 UFC) vs. Amir Sadollah (5-2 MMA, 5-2 UFC).
Although not officially announced by the organization, UFC on Versus 5 is expected to take place Aug. 14, possibly in Milwaukee.

O'Brien gets stopped easily twice in a row (The first one was a 5 second KO loss in TUF) and still gets another shot? lol, so much for "having all the best guys" huh dana? Cole Miller probably gets a TKO win.
Amir vs Ludwig is my kinda fight, 50/50 to me, the one thing Amir definitely has on his side is youth, this way win him the fight in the later rounds but if he pulls that "i dont need to block punches and kicks" with Ludwig I think he has a good chance of getting ktfo again.

I was incredibly impressed by Amir when he fought Demarques Johnson. He was throwing with bad intentions, and with his technical ability... well, we saw the result.
Ludwig is no joke either, this is a great fight for both guys. I've been a fan of "Bang" since he put down "The Road Warrior" in spectacular fashion. Of course, Goulet is like a litmus test for how spectacularly you can KO someone....

I think Sadollah can definitely finish Ludwig. Probably a first round sub or maybe by strikes in the 2nd.

i think ludwig can exploit amir's striking defense and his tendency to get hit a lot.
