Here's a recent quotation from Tito

rtiz-On-Dana-Beef-UFC-73-Rampage-Liddell-[Pt.-2" target="_blank">.html]Source

Chris Howie of MMANews.com: With the bad blood between you and Dana White, when your contract does expire would you consider going to any other organizations such as Bodog or the IFL for example?

Tito Ortiz: No, to me I started my career with the UFC before Zuffa even bought it and I plan on ending my career with the UFC unless other things come about, you never know. There are so many other companies that come up but my heart and dedication is with the UFC, I have complete loyalty to the UFC for the future. I’ve never fought for any other company ever and I don’t plan on it anytime soon as long as I get what I want.

But later he said

MMANews.com: Would you ever go and fight in the Pride Organization, in the ring, if a fight were to come up over in Japan?

Tito Ortiz: If UFC wanted me to do that I have no problem doing that. It really doesn’t matter if it’s in a ring or an octagon I’m still going to dominate.

UFC is Pride...Pride is UFC........just different names now.......im sure he would never go to Pride if Zuffa hadnt purchased it.

and Tito speaks the truth....he really does..

You can’t get bombed and expect to be 100% the next day but if you had a joint you would be 110%. Most of those fucking guys are popping Vicodin and drinking and before you know it they’re crashing."

Tito really never beats around the bush is is very honest and deliberate in everything he says. Imagine how small Tito's legs would be if he did cut to 185, I meaning leaning over the weight of his head could topple him.

He's done at UFC's LHW. He has nothing else to do if he wants to taste gold again, than go over to pride. The only thing hes worth to the UFC now is the Top Tier stepping stone. Look at Evans, Jardine, Lambert, they would all probably fight Tito as a question of there credibility against top level fighters.

He won't, he even said that he plans on retiring from the UFC, since he career started there. But i guess he said, he wouldn't mind it, but i still think he won't!

I really dont think Titio will win the title in Pride either, I dont dee tito beating dan henderson, shogun, sokujou, ricardo arona, or silva again. Titios not the same fighter he used to be and I dont think he will ever be a champion again in UFc, or Pride.

Actually if Tito got to use knees against downed opponents he would be more like he used to be. Watch his older fights back before UFC banned knees to downed opponents. He didn't really use elbows as much.

He would probably beat Hendo, Arona is a coin toss, Wandy is a coin toss, Shogun would stomp Tito. They should let Soku fight Tito first.

I know shogun is the Cat's Meow, but I think he will slow down soon. It will take one good knock out and he will become docile.

no way in hell would tito beat hendo. Ill agree that wandy would be a toss up and arona vs tito would be a snoozefest. I would definitely enjoy sokoudjou vs tito. Just imagine tito getting judo tossed all over the ring/cage and then ktfo.

I think this is the right move for Tito. If he moves over to Pride, he gets to recreate his persona - a lot of fans here in the US are growing tired of the Huntington Beach Bad Boy. I think the fights would be awesome. I've always wanted to see him fight Arona and Wandi 2 would be a huge deal. He'll only be a stepping stone fighter in the UFC as long as Chuck or Rampage hold the belt, as he won't beat Chuck and won't fight Rampage. I agree that Hendo and Rua would beat Tito. But how about Tito v. Sodkoujou? With all that is happening this year, Tito's move would shake things up, and Tito is all about shaking things up.

titos not going to pride. after chuck beats rampage hes going to go to heavyweight since no one in 205 can touch him....then they are going to have to have a tourny to determine a new champ, in which tito might just HAVE to fight rampage.

i think tito would struggle in pride but only because of one reason and one reason only.....
i think the fact he's uses the cage to great advantage in UFC would certainly hinder him in PRIDE i dont think he could use his GnP to such great effect.
when he has someone pinned against the cage he is one of the top two GnP guys in the game if not the best

I would love to see TIto vs Shogun, or vs Silva...

I also believe that it is a good move for tito because that many of you said i don't see a Liddell/Tito 3

Rampage Beats Chuck and gets the belt. then Tito and Rampage fight because they are friends and end up hating each other. UFC drama at its finest.
