Nick Diaz topped the payouts for the Strikeforce: Diaz vs. Daley fighter salaries, but he was just one of three fighters that made $150,000 or more on the night, as reported to the CSAC.

Yo Hommie I'll sling rock for you for that much lol just fitchin witcha.

I thought Diaz said he wasn't getting paid or the most underpaid fighter? It's more like remember where you're at hommie "Strikeforce" minor league programs don't usualy throw bones out like that in any other sport, so you are getting well past your respect from them. He makes more then probably three qaurters of the UFC's stable (reported salary anyways, not including that locker room cash, they try to keep secret) I see why Diaz is so upset about Zuffa buying out SF because he wouldn't be making that kind of scratch in the UFC unless he had GSP's strap. Also, anyone else find it kind of strange that they got so percise with the Japanesse fighters? I mean did they really hold out for that extra $615.50 or they just that anal retintive that they had to get that last half buck in there?

I thought the extra .50 on Kawajiri pay was a nice touch.

that $750 is a shame...its SF for gods sake...granted he has no name yet...but he made it to SF...you have money...and now you are Zuffa....so your money has money now

and I'm gonna go out on a limb, but im gonna guess Aoki and Kawajiri have those odd salaries cuz their pay was negotiated in foreign currency..maybe Yen?

then again, I could be 10000% incorrect

I have to say, the main card fighters aren't doing too bad, paywise. With one exception...Keith Jardine: $25,000. I don't see how he can continue if he looses any more.

As far as the undercard...same story as in the UFC...if you're *winning* and only making 2,3,4K a fight, it seems like peanuts.

Just a guess, but it was probably to do with currency conversion.
