The talk of the MMA world so far in 2007 has, of course, been the many “upsets” we have witnessed so far. We have already labeled 2007 as “The Year of the Upset” and pretty much every month that trend continues

"To me the records were just a starting point," recalls John Paul Jones, "The most important thing was always the stage show. So many great nights. At our worst we were still better than most. At our best we could just wipe the floor with the lot of them. It was just a very good live band."

Am I the only one that believes Couture beating Sylvia WASN'T an upset? I think alot of people believed he was gonna win.

I dont think it was. I picked him to beat Tim Sylvia and if he plays is cards right he can take Gonzaga. From what he said at the end of that fight it seemed to me he much rather had fought Mircko than Gonzaga because Mirko does not like being on the ground. Cpt America will always be a champion in my book no matter what happens!
