UFC welterweight Brian Foster has been forced to withdraw from a fight with Sean Pierson at UFC 129 when an MRI – required by the Ontario Athletic Commission to compete at the event – revealed a brain hemorrhage.

Marc Fiore, who trains Foster at the H.I.T. Squad, today told MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) that while his fighter is OK, he is required to undergo another MRI in six weeks to assure no permanent damage is present.

The article also says he just recovered from an injury that resulted in his testicle exploding and having to have it removed... Damn this guy has some bad luck...

testicle exploding

2 words that should NEVER be used in the same sentence.

Yea, that's horrible. I hope he has a speedy recovery. I love watching Foster throw down.

Press 1 if that "testicle exploding" remark literally made you physically cringe and partially keel over

Looking through his list of injuries, I'm surprised he ever has a chance to fight. This is the worst news I've heard in a while, though. I enjoy watching Foster throw down.

Man, I feel bad for this guy. I honestly don't remember a single fight he has had, but I hope he comes back healthy.

Just keep yourself alive! Then keep that win streak going

You haven't seen his fight with Rick Story, because if you did, you wouldn't forget it!

Eh, don't underestimate my ability to forget! Usually, I try to get black out wasted every single day so that I don't remember the BS from the day before. I try to hold on to the MMA/sports statistics, though!
