Carlos Condit was hoping to face B.J. Penn at UFC 132. He’ll get at least half of his wish granted as the former WEC champion will face Dong Hyun Kim in a welterweight bout on the July 2 card.

Solid fight, next level in competition for DHK, but I think I got NBK by UD.

Wow. This could end up being a very close fight. Kim has the grappling to edge out a close decision, but that could be a dangerous gameplan considering the high level jiu-jitsu Condit possesses.

excited!..either way it's gon be a good one..i don't think Condit will let DHK do to him, what DHK did to Diaz..but i do think DHK will be able to get enough TD's to win a SD...

Hate to say it but i doubt GSP will move up. I don't think he wants to. He keeps saying how it's too much of a life change.

However.
I think Kim and Condit should be close to a title shot with a win. I think Kim out wrestles Condit for the split D win.

It's a really good fight for just kinda being thrown together. But people who say winner should be the No. 1 Contender r trippin. If Gsp beats shields he should fight andy in rio. If shields wins i think he should fight thiago after he kills story. Or give fitch a quick W and let him fight shields in possibly the boringest title fight ever, but fitch needs 2 get jake back, after all jake did make him tap in a submission only fight.

I hope Condit kills dong hyun, but i wouldnt be shocked at all if kim squeaks out a UD

I keep hearing people say this, but I've never really thought of nCondit's jiu jitsu as high level. DHK by split decision

Just the other day i was wondering how long before the UFC whips out the Dong again. I was actually thinking he'd have been a good replacement for Fitch but this fight makes sense right now.

Compared to either Condit or The Dong vs BJ Penn? Id like to see either. But this match up kinda grew on me.
