When Alex “Bruce Leroy” Caceres made the trip to Seattle for his fight against Mackens Semerzier, he had all the right confidence heading into the fight.

The former “Ultimate Fighter” competitor made the drop to 145lbs, which was a more natural weight class. He had been working with the Renzo Gracie academy to get him ready for the fight. He even had Taimak, the original Bruce Leroy from the film “The Last Dragon” in his corner.

My question is why? He lost very convincingly to Mackens and he's just not a good fighter.

He reminds me a lot of Jamie Yager. Full of cockiness, but other than a flashy style of kicks not much to him. I like watching him fight, though.

am I the only one who thinks that this dude is a disgrace to what Bruce Lee's teachings were supposed to be?
