link Patricio "Pitbull" Freire is one step closer toward a second Bellator Fighting Championships tournament final.
After controlling fellow featherweight Georgi Karakhanyan for two full rounds, Freire used a devastating left hand and a flurry of follow-up shots to secure a third-round stoppage and book his spot in Bellator's season-four featherweight tourney.

Another great night of fights at Bellator.I enjoyed them all and was awed with how Reis went out throwing leather and finished George as quickly as he did. I've been a fan of Wilson for years now and always thought he needs to improve his striking and be more aggressive. It looks like he's finally doing it! Friere,Straus and Foster were also impressive.

I am real pleased with this season of Bellator! Their first show was pretty good, although all the fights were decisions and one botched submission call. But the past two weeks have been off the hook!
I love the tournament format, and a good women's division as well. Even before the UFC purchased Strikeforce, I considered Bellator better than SF. Their fights are much more competitive, and you typically see a lot of great action on their cards. I hope they can keep blowing up and not get bought out by Zuffa anytime soon!

They need to be smarter than that.....you can't show your fights the same night as the UFC or your just not going to get the views. Wilson did spectacular though last night and Freire was pretty badass too! Another great night for Bellator, and there is no way that Zuffa could buy them out without risking court actions for creating a monopoly.

Really surprised to are see larkin bounced in the first round, I expected him to be the latest bealator wrestling phenom to turn heads. So much for that, also surprised to see zac bounced early. Impressive stoppages for the pitt bull bros back to back weeks, deff think its patricios tourney to lose.
