With a controversial victory over Jorge Rivera at this past weekend's UFC 127 event, co-headliner Michael Bisping owns three consecutive wins and a 4-1 record over his past five fights.
Contenders such as Chael Sonnen, Yushin Okami and Alan Belcher seem logical next opponents for the Brit, but another notable has throw his hat into the ring.
And it's recent title challenger Vitor Belfort.

I cant imagine Bisping beating any of those four.
Give Belfort Bisping then after he wins put him up against Wanderlei

I'm much more interested in this than in the Wandy match up. I'm still not so sure why everyone is so stoked about that...the first fight lasted less than a minute...

Let's be real here. The Bisping/Belfort match-up could take less time than the first Silva/Belfort fight.

I think Bisping matches up with Vitor better than Wandy and it would be a competitive fight.

I'm with you on this. As much as I hate Bisping, he's done pretty well against strikers. I think Sonnen would be a tougher fight for him than Belfort.

id like to see him get KO'd by vitor or mauled on the ground by sonnen. i could see him actually beating maia by stuffing takedowns and keeping it standing. marquart would beat him handily too. im hoping for him to fight somebody who will destroy him after the whole spitting thing. come on, spitting? get real

Vitor is a great matchup for Bisping,
wonder if Palhares, Maia, Munoz or Belcher could beat Bisping
The number one contender bout for Bisping should be Nate or Okami, if not Chael(frozen contract?) or Vitor Wandy already beat Bisping, it was close so I could see a rematch

Everyone wants a piece of Bisping and I love it. I can't even stand to listen to him talk I love watching the replay of Henderson knocking him out over and over.

Wanderlei should not be sitting on the shelf any longer than he already has.
