Quick results from last night's event on HDNet:
Brendan Kornberger beat Pappa Inkumsah by unanimous decision, 3 30-27s.
Dan Ring beat Garrett Nybakken by submission (rear naked choke) at 2:21 of round 2.
Tyrone Glover beat Robert Washington by split decision, 29-28 Glover, 29-28 Washington, 29-28 Glover.
Emanuel Newton beat Rodney Wallace by submission (rear naked choke) at 4:34 of round 2.
Thomas Denny vs. Sheldon Westcott went to a DRAW. 28-27 Denny, 29-28 Westcott, 28-28.
Richie Whitson beat Curtis Demarce by split decision, 29-28 Whitson, 29-28 Demarce, 29-28 Whitson.
Drew Fickett beat Matt Veach by submission (armbar) in 38 seconds. Veach was a last-minute replacement for then-MFC Lightweight Champion Antonio McKee. As a result of McKee's injury withdrawal, the MFC Light Heavyweight Championship was declared VACANT. Until the main event...
Ryan Jimmo beat Dwayne Lewis by TKO (doctor stoppage) at 3:36 of round 3 to win the vacant MFC Light Heavyweight Championship. Stoppage due to broken orbital bone. Picture via Sherdog:

I took Newton and Fickett in my parlay and both paid off for me. Glad to see Denny back and walk away without a loss.

I don't know how to explain what Lewis eye looks like. Almost like a tongue or extra flap of skin somebody surgically implanted on his face. Yuck

My first thought was pizza-you know how sometimes there appears to be a really big bubble of sorts sometimes just below the crust? (When you bite into it you see it's almost nothing but air inside) That's what it looked like to me.

It looks like a giant popped blister that you would get on the bottom of your foot.

Lets just throw it out there, it looks like a third testicle attached to his eyeball

Was happy to see Fickett continue his winning streak. Surprised to see Shonuff the master get tapped.

With them announcing Marcus Davis signing with MFC, I wonder who they'll match him up with. Hopefully he's on their April HDNet card.

I didn't think Richie won his fight; I thought DaMarce took the first two.

Well... I thought I did the same, I picked Fickett ftw and thought I checked his box in the parlay but wound up with Veach instead. Ooops.
