Okay so I got my first judo tournament coming up this saturday and it will be the first time ive competed in any martial art event. Now the problem is that I need to be under 220lbs to be in the -100kg weight category otherwise ill be going against people that are very heavy.

Right now my weight is around 225lbs but heres the problem I will only be able to go to the gym possibly once throughout this week as my mempership as expired. What advice can you give me to cut this weight through dieting.

Any advice will get props, thanks.

Sauna advice is good quick and effective, not sure how much you have to cut, if you can't make it to the gym then that sucks! Just do some basic excerise stretches in your house, run up and down the stairs in a cut out bin bag or a pufferjacket
If its snowing then clear all the snow out of your back garden should start getting you sweating!

Reread the question you put the word dieting in, im afraid to say the quickest way is to drink less water!

the weigh in is the day of its at 8:30 in the morning, i just hope that I can cut up to 10 pounds in 3 days if not ill be against the heavys, which i dont have a problem with just I would rather be against people my own size.
