That would be pretty funny if it's true, but unfortunate for Rashad. I've always been interested in seeing him at middleweight anyway.

And when evans did it he did it the "no" way not the "yes" way and hurt himself

In my opinion this is one of the stupidest and easiest ways to get hurt training. Having somone roll onto your leg or something during training. Too many people on the mat at the same time doing dumb moves.
I have seen it happen about 10 times in the last 4 years at different gyms.
