Former WEC bantamweight Francisco Rivera will have to wait a little longer to make his octagon debut. Rivera is now off of a planned UFC On Versus 3 fight due to an undisclosed injury suffered in training. He was to have faced Takeya Mizugaki. No replacement named yet, a search is underway for one before the 3/3 event.

Yeah I had seen that earlier. That will be a great match up! You never know with the UFC brass though, Mizugaki-Torres was Fight of the Year candidate I believe, if not winner. If the opportunity were to arise, I could see them wanting a second helping, UFC style!

But who knows, maybe if Torres and Mizugaki both win their upcoming fights it could be done after that, allowing even more hype to build. I wouldn't be shocked if they scratched Pickett-Torres in favor of this match-up, though.

Have a lot of people pulled off this card or am I imaging it, I can't remember who all has.

But Rivera and Natal have today.
