I also think that Silva is going to own GSP.....the striking, the size and the power.....the difference is huge!

.

I think Rua vs Spider would be more exciting, because Rua is my fav fighter and they are closer in size.

I think GSP has a better chance than anyone at mw to beat Silva but

I predict GSP stays at ww.

wud gsp not be better off having a warm up fight against someone else at middleweight..May be against Chael sonnen?

Chael Sonnen is no warm up fight. Sonnen would crush GSP based on size and strength alone.

with this. Sonnen has the length so as to not allot Gsp a reach advantage and should be able to completely control the wrestling aspect of the fight.

This match has never intrigued me. I really want to see Silva/Shogun, at lightheavyweight or 195 catch weight. I think this fight would be much more entertaining.

I'd like to see both GSP vs The Spider, and Shogun vs The Spider.

Why doesn't a GSP/Silva fight interest you?

Because Id rather see a stand up war, than a five round lay and pray fest.

So you're predicting GSP would win?

Silva all the way because of the fact that GSP can't finish and Silva will catch him at some point in a bad spot.

I can't see Silva catching GSP the way he was able to catch Sonnen.

Not that he won't do it some other way, but I doubt GSP will be getting triangled.

If you call laying on someone for five rounds, winning, then yes.

im not sure why dana white insists that george st. pierre shouldnt fight at middleweight when realistically he doesnt have any credible challenges anymore at welterweight imo, when you clean out a division you move up (like in boxing). the welterweight division is close to drying up and all that's left is likely a bunch of rematches. i would say to george, move up and move on.. at least for one fight. put 'em up and fight anderson silva because ive been waiting too long and i still really wanna see that fight.

shogun rua vs anderson silva, though a better matchup excitement-wise makes no sense at this point. if shogun beats rashad evans he's still only been a champion for one title defense. give the guy time before you throw him in there in a superfight. the point of a superfight to me is to make a statement to who's p4p the best. and i wanna see that silva vs gsp fight more because its two champs one weight class apart, they're both long time champs and its possible for them to fight as soon as this year. besides i think anderson should have to win another fight at lightheavyweight to really earn the shot, especially since chael sonnen gave him a run for his money. which is also why gsp vs anderson makes even more sense, similar matchup and a lower weight class dominate champ.
