A lightweight bout between rising contender Mark Bocek and former WEC champ Ben Henderson is in the works for April's UFC 129 event. Verbal agreements are in place according to a source close to the negotiations, but fighter reps couldn't be reached for comment. If it happens, the fight will mark Henderson's UFC debut.

Whhhhhaaaaat? Bocek is decent and all, but I don't think he's on the level of Henderson. With that said, 129 is starting to look pretty good in my opinion.

I think Henderson and Bocek are on about the same level.
Henderson has some decent skills and insane scrambling but I don't think he's top 5 in the UFC and possibly not even top 10.

Bocek is only now really coming in to his own in the UFC, the guys a dam beast on the ground so I think it will be very competitive.

Bocek has faced some really tough competition but with how he looked in his last fight it would be hard to pick against him even if it is Henderson. As stated Bocek is really strong and his Jits is really good.

Bocek wins this fight if it stays on the ground, either by sub or decision. i think Bendo will want to keep this fight standing, but i dont know if he has a distinct advantage there
