It’s been a long, hard road back for Duane “Bang” Ludwig but perseverance and hard work pays off and now the UFC has rewarded the Colorado fighter a new four fight contract with the promotion.
Ludwig’s manager Sven Bean confirmed the new contract with MMAWeekly.com on Sunday.

I like anyone who comes in and wants to give the fans a good show. I don't think he will make it far into the division, and if he loses 2 in a row UFC will probably cut him, but I hope he can get a few decent wins under his belt.

i still dont understand UFC contracts....because apparently guys get cut in the middle of their contracts... does it only mean hes guaranteed 4 fights if he wins them all?

I don't think too many guys get guaranteed contracts at all.
TUF Winners get a few fights guaranteed, but i'm pretty sure the UFC always leaves loopholes to get out of other deals should a fighter not perform up to expectations.
