Who would win
I like both fighters their very good, sportsmanlike, and put on a good show

I would have to say Shogun he is to dominant, the only fighters that could beat Shogun MAYBE are

Quinton "Rampage" Jackson
Lyoto "Dragon" Machida

This is such a hard one for me to call. Both guys have great merits. I always want to lean more towards the better wrestler but Machida showed how effective a profficient striker can be against Evans. If Rashad can keep Shogun down he's got a chance, hell he's even got a chance of landing a big shot on his feet but I would say the chance is miniscule.

I think Rashad will make the error of trying to stand with a quicker, more dynamic and harder hitting fighter.....thus resulting in a KO. Hopefully from a knee!

I honestly think Evans takes this. We don't know how well Shogun will be following his last fight, and the way Evans fought in his last fight, he will undoubtedly come in with a great gameplan.

I think cardio is the only thing that beats Shogun, I expect Rashad to be thinking takedown at all times and to try and wear Shogun down. I don't expect to see the Shogun that fought Forrest or Coleman, but I will be very surprised if he is able to win a decision against Rashad. I will be picking Shogun like I always do but I'm a little uncomfortable.

Ditto....hoping for a classic Shogun finish against Suga....his knee worries me a bit though.

Really? You know hes beaten both these guys decisively already?

He has already proven that these dudes are not in his league.

Shogun is on another level....

A can see Rashard trying take shogun down and just trying keep him there with out doing to much damage.Rashard can not stand with shogun because rua has the skills to put you away real quick. But even if rashard keeps taking rua down rua will not just stay there he has got a active guard he will be looking for sweeps or subs all the time.A hope shogun wins because he is my fav LHW but rashard is decent so we will had wait and see.

I'm expecting it to go down a lot like this:

First round, takedowns by Rashad, keeping Shogun on his back

Second round simular by Rashad from the first round

Third Round Rashad getting overconfident in his stand up getting hurt and rocked by Shogun (simular to Rampage, Thiago)

Forth Round Rashad taking Shogun down returning to rounds 1 and 2.

Fifth Round Rashad outstriking a tired and worn out Shogun.

Rashad Wins Via UDecision.
