The Ultimate Fighting Championship issued medical suspensions to all 20 competitors from this past weekend's UFC 120 event, and four fighters could be out of action for half a year.

Main-card fighters Mike Pyle, Cheick Kongo and Travis Browne, as well as preliminary-card fighter Rob Broughton, face six-month suspensions.

UFC 120 took place Oct. 16 at The 02 in London and aired in the U.S. via same-day delay.

Whoah Dan Hardy only gets 30 days despite that brutal KO? Yet a hand injury to Kongo (Must have been gripping those shorts to tight) puts him out for the best part of 6 months? Man Hardy's head must be hard...
