British welterweight Paul Daley now has an opponent for his first North American appearance since his controversial post-fight punch at UFC 113. After signing with the Texas-based Shark Fights promotion this past month, Daley will take on American Top Team standout Jorge Masvidal at Shark Fights 13, which takes place Sept. 11 at the Civic Center Coliseum in Amarillo, Texas. Shark Fights confirmed the news today in an official release.

So is Daley dropping weight or is Masvidal going up in weight?

I got Daley, but Masvidal's not a pushover.
I really hope Paul Daley ends up in Strikeforce to fight Nick Diaz. Not only would the build-up feature some great trash talking, but the fight itself would be absolutely insanity.

Tough fight....really don't see Jorge winning it on my initial guess either but when Jorge is on he is top notch....better bring his A game!

As mentioned in the other thread, this should happen despite Daley's QAC suspension. He got 30 days yesterday, if it takes effect as of yesterday it ends on 9/9, 2 days before the fight.
