Roger Huerta engages in a street fight in Austin, Texas:
"Against a man who appears to have punched a woman in the head. Once Huerta sees the woman collapse to the ground -- he says "You just punched a f**kin' girl." Officers were called to the scene -- but so far, no arrests have been made."

yeah, roger might get in some heat over this.
That being said, if I was Roger and I saw a thug knock a woman out, I'd beat the crap out of the dude too.
I got Roger's back on this one, but the Criminal Justice system might look at things differently.

That stomp at the end...if that's not on video this would probably all go away. But for a trained fighter to stomp a man who's already on the ground like that, it's going to be a problem. Best case scenario he gets sued and that's it.

But If I were a member of that jury, I'd let that one slide. The guy had it coming whether it's according to the letter of the law or not.

I'm not sure this is something that will even make it to a jury trial. My guess is that he'll be charged and will plea bargain for probation/community service/fines and have to pay the guy's medical bills.

Am I the only person that noticed that this probably wasn't Roger Huerta? Roger is wearing a short sleeve gray shirt, then takes it off to fight the stupid dumb piece of trash that probably deserves to die for not only KTFO'ing a defenseless girl but for blindsiding and straight up cold cocking the chcick. The guy who kicks the KTFO'd PoS is wearing a light color (possibly gray/possibly white) long sleeve shirt. So how did Roger Huerta find time in the middle of a fight to put a long sleeve shirt, which he wasn't even wearing to begin with, on?
EDIT: Upon watching it the second time I have to say that the guy who stomped may have been wearing a short sleeve shirt. So it may have been Roger, but it's still not clear enough to see for sure IMO.
Either way this doesn't deserve any punishment IMO. There's no question that dude (a big ass dude, btw) cheap shotted that chick. Whether she was instigating or not is not the question. I can't believe a grown ass "MAN" would do that to a woman. Makes me sick.
