UFC welterweight Phil Baroni (13-12 MMA, 3-6 UFC) is out of next month's UFC 118 event and his fight with John Salter (5-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC) due to a collarbone injury.
Baroni's agent, Ken Pavia of MMAAgents.com, today confirmed the news with MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com).
"He suffered a minor injury that interrupted his preparations," Pavia said. "It's not going to be a long-term problem."

Great fight or Miller! DUDE is a warrior, with everything that he's been through in the last year and I cant wait to see him get back to his winning ways.

Man, tough day for John Salter. I thought the Baroni fight was going to be an easy win. Salter is pretty good on the ground but fairly raw - Miller is a bit more polished of a striker and grappler. I'll favor Miller by SUB/DEC.

Damn i never saw Muiller coming!!. Like Prozac I thought one of the latest TUF guys could havce made a good replacment and good fight for Salter. Now i bet Salter is a 3-1 dog in this fight!!. WAR Dan Miller. This guy is tough as they come and apparently will fight anyone anywhere. this is a kinda dangerous fight for Miller. If he wins ...he was suppossed to. If he loses......Dad day at the office for sure!!!!
