FiveOuncesofPain.com has recently learned of two additional heavyweights with the potential to make an impact in the UFC, as a bout between K-1 and PRIDE veteran Mark Hunt and the undefeated Sean McCorkle looks to be brewing for UFC 119.

5 oz of pain

At least Hunt will be forced to come in some sort of less-fat condition.

I love watching a Man get punched over and over and not go down.

Very excited about this! Hunt is one of my favourite fighters, just wish he could get a bit better with the ground game and submission defence.

I have a hard time believing he'll make weight, but if he does...

Mark Hunt goes down now though. The damage taken to his chin and midsection throughout his career has shown lately.

Hunt hasn't won an MMA fight since 2006 and a K-1 bout since 2003. It just seems odd that the UFC would pick him up, since he just seems to fight anymore for paydays.

He's had years to make an attempt at this, but he never has.

Unless the UFC sees McCorkle as the next big thing and are trying to get him a win over a guy with some name recognition, I dont get it!? Hunt is 0-5 in his last five MMA bouts. Not to bash but WTF. Cut Werdum, after one loss. But bring in Hunt who is a war beaten 36 yrs old, and has a losing record overall!!!??????? Makes no sense at all

Hmm, I dont know if either of them could make weight, McCorkle is a big dude. Could this be a SHW fight - or technically a "catch weight" fight?

McCorkle has been in talks with the UFC before, so I havent been to shocked that he got the call up to the UFC.

i don't understand the ufc lately. they sign james toney and phil baroni. now they sign mark hunt who has lost his last 5 fights ALL IN THE FIRST ROUND. yes his opponents were all top guys other than manhoef but still come on!! dana white always would talk about other organizations having freak shows and now he's doing it! he even admitted that the couture/toney fight is a freak show. what is going on here? james toney is not much of a draw, phil baroni hasn't been a draw in 4 years, and mark hunt is over the hill.
